Welcome to ClassPal, a digital education improvement ecosystem owned and operated by Digjy LLC (“ClassPal,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

This Student Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of ClassPal as a student.

By creating a student account, accessing, or using ClassPal, you agree to comply with this Agreement, the ClassPal Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines, AI Terms of Use, and all other applicable ClassPal policies.

If you are under the age required by applicable law to enter into a binding agreement, your parent, legal guardian, or authorized educational institution must authorize your use of ClassPal as required by law.

2. Purpose of ClassPal

ClassPal is designed to help students learn, practice skills, receive personalized educational support, and improve academic understanding through technology and artificial intelligence.

Depending on the services available, ClassPal may provide:

3. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

  • Keep your account information current.
  • Protect your password and account credentials.
  • Use ClassPal only for lawful educational purposes.
  • Follow your school’s policies and classroom rules.
  • Respect your teachers, classmates, parents, and other users.
  • Report suspected security concerns or unauthorized access.

  • Follow this Agreement and all applicable ClassPal policies.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Academic Integrity

Academic honesty is a core expectation of ClassPal.

You agree to:

  • Follow your instructor’s directions regarding AI use.
  • Cite sources when required.
  • Use AI as a learning tool rather than a substitute for your own work.
  • Submit truthful and original work where required.

You may not:

  • Cheat on quizzes or examinations.
  • Submit another person’s work as your own.
  • Purchase assignments or essays.
  • Use AI to violate school policies.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated work as your own where prohibited.
  • Falsify academic records.

Violations may result in action by your school and by ClassPal.

5. Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence

ClassPal AI is intended to help you learn.

You may use AI to:

  • Understand concepts.
  • Receive explanations.
  • Practice solving problems.
  • Improve writing.
  • Review study materials.
  • Prepare for tests.
  • Brainstorm ideas.
  • Build study plans.

You may not use AI to:

  • Cheat.
  • Complete prohibited assignments.
  • Circumvent classroom rules.
  • Generate deceptive or fraudulent academic work.
  • Produce harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.
  • Attempt to bypass AI safety features.

Always verify AI-generated information and use your own judgment.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

You agree to:

  • Choose a strong password.
  • Keep your password confidential.
  • Use available multi-factor authentication where offered.
  • Log out of shared devices.
  • Notify ClassPal promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without authorization.

Do not share your account with anyone unless expressly authorized by ClassPal or your educational institution.

  • Educational discussions.

You represent that you have the legal right to upload the content you submit.

You remain responsible for your content and for complying with intellectual property laws.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is protected in accordance with the:

  • ClassPal Privacy Policy.
  • Student Data Privacy Policy.
  • Applicable school agreements.
  • Applicable federal and state laws.

ClassPal is committed to protecting student information and educational records.

12. FERPA & COPPA

Where applicable:

  • Educational records are handled in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
  • Children’s information is handled in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
  • Parents and schools retain applicable rights and responsibilities under those laws.

Nothing in this Agreement changes the legal obligations of schools under applicable education privacy laws.

13. Intellectual Property

Respect the intellectual property rights of others.

Do not upload or distribute materials unless you:

  • Own them.
  • Have permission to use them.
  • Are otherwise legally permitted to use them.

ClassPal software, branding, and related technology remain the property of Digjy LLC or its licensors.

14. Safety & Security

To help maintain a safe educational environment, you agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to ClassPal systems.
  • Circumvent security features.
  • Share malware or harmful code.
  • Disrupt Platform operations.
  • Interfere with other users’ accounts or educational activities.

If you discover a security issue, please report it promptly to ClassPal.

15. Violations

If you violate this Agreement or other ClassPal policies, Digjy LLC may take appropriate action, including:

  • Removing content.
  • Issuing warnings.
  • Restricting certain Platform features.
  • Temporarily suspending your account.
  • Permanently terminating your account.
  • Notifying your participating school where appropriate and legally permitted.
  • Cooperating with law enforcement when required by law.

The specific action taken will depend on the nature and severity of the violation.

16. No Guarantee of Academic Results

ClassPal is an educational support platform.

We do not guarantee:

  • Better grades.
  • Higher test scores.
  • Graduation.
  • College admission.
  • Scholarships.
  • Academic awards.
  • Employment opportunities.

Your educational success depends on many factors beyond your use of ClassPal.

17. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Student Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in:

  • Platform features.
